The beautiful double room view included a large balcony. the room also featured two separate sinks in the bathroom though i didn't require them both. the king-size bed ensured a comfortable sleep. It felt quite luxurious.

The location was convenient. the promenade provided easy access to shops and restaurants. i enjoyed the food. It had many tasty choices. also, the room was very clean with a comfy bed. i also had amazing views from my balcony. the multiple swimming pools and sun beds was abundant.

the staff quickly provided us coffee in the mornings and cleared tables promptly. they were mostly polite. however, service quality sometimes lacked consistency and attention to detail. this made some interactions less efficient.

breakfast was abundant with a vast array of goodies, especially eggs.
I was disappointed that there was no tea or coffee provided in the room. Only a kettle was available. the milk felt rationed too. the towels seemed thin and not very big, not what i expect from a hotel of this supposed standard.

i really love this hotel. it is really good. the rooms were nice. the breakfast was good and has variety of food. there are many pools to choose from. this hotel covers everything for a perfect holiday. there are lots of beautiful garden.
the rooms do not have coffee only tea is provided and the milk was rationed. i think the hotel should offer free water bottles. the tv also has only spanish channels.

the staff is attentive. they are very helpful and friendly at reception. i really like the guys who work at the pool bar because they are very nice. this is an awesome service.
